Built the financial and operational framework from scratch: budgeting and runway for $10M in raised capital, payroll and contractor arrangements across jurisdictions, and the controls behind a company that grew to 80+ across three continents. Also staffed and led its hiring and onboarding team.

Global digital-asset exchange

COO. Co-led the establishment of a global digital-asset exchange's local office by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external consultants to develop local exchange operations, secure regulatory compliance, and successfully obtain the digital-asset license.

Launched at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we built a mobile app that moved the pharmacy counter online, cutting in-store wait times and administrative work.

Leash

Spending guardrails for AI agents on PayPal

An AI agent running a merchant's back office holds the keys to refunds, invoices and disputes, and reads customer emails that anyone can write. Leash sits between the agent and PayPal: every action is allowed, held for the owner's approval, or blocked, by rules the owner writes in plain English. Claude turns each sentence into a typed rule the owner reviews; the rules are enforced in code, so a prompt-injected email can't move money even if the model is fooled. Every decision can be traced from the Claude request to the rule that fired to the real PayPal call.

Built by our founder for the PayPal AI Hackathon, with Claude Code as pair programmer.
