Website Assistant (no account required)

When you chat with the assistant on our website, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. We don't store the conversation itself. If you ask us to follow up, the assistant saves the name, email address and description of your challenge that you give it.

When you create an account through our authentication provider, we store:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Business name (optional)

Client Portal (authenticated clients)

For clients using our portal, we store data related to your engagement:

  • Documents shared between you and our team
  • Invoices and payment records
  • Tasks and project deliverables

Discovery Assessments (authenticated clients)

When you participate in a discovery assessment, we collect:

  • Questionnaire responses
  • File attachments you upload

  • Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
  • Resend — sends us email notifications about your submissions.
  • Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet) — creates the calendar invitation and video call when you book a consultation.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — generates the website assistant's replies to your messages.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data as follows:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Diagnostic tool data: Retained for up to 24 months after submission, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Client portal data: Retained for the duration of our engagement and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
  • Account data: Retained until you request deletion of your account or for 24 months after your last activity, whichever comes first.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
